Golden Thank You
Welcome to another Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop! This week we are featuring FALL CARDS using the 2014-2016 In Colors. I focused on Lost Lagoon and Hello Honey with a touch of gold. I love all the colors and textures, makes this card very warm and inviting! I did a simple sentiment from Thankful Forest Friends in Tip Top Taupe which coordinates nicely with Lost Lagoon and Hello Honey. I layered in the Lost Lagoon and Hello Honey with a bit of texture and washi tape for interest. The finishing (and my favorite!) touch is the gold shimmer leaf. I usually stamp the leaves then die cut them, this is my first plain old leaf! But in gold, it really isn't plain!
